Pricing

Current standard pricing may be displayed on our website or client portal. Customized services, requests outside our primary service area, additional time, special circumstances or other individualized needs may result in additional charges.

Applicable pricing will be communicated before services are confirmed.

Pet Care

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding their pets, including health concerns, medications, behavioral history, routines and any known safety concerns.

Haven reserves the right to decline or discontinue services when we determine that a request is outside the scope of services we can safely or appropriately provide.

Home Access and Client Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate access instructions and maintaining safe conditions for Haven team members while services are being performed.

Information regarding keys, entry codes, alarm systems and other home-access information will be handled with appropriate care and used only as necessary to provide authorized services.

Transportation and Errands

Certain Haven services may involve transportation, errands, purchases or the transport of pets or client property. Additional terms, permissions or authorizations may apply to these services and will be addressed during scheduling or onboarding when appropriate.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms may vary depending on the service requested. Applicable policies will be provided during booking or contained in the client's service agreement or client portal.

Emergencies

When providing pet or home-care services, circumstances may arise that require prompt action to protect an animal, property or person. Emergency procedures and client authorizations applicable to specific services may be addressed separately in Haven's client agreements and onboarding documents.
