Services are tailored to the time, attention and level of care each request requires.

Near-continuous care for pets who benefit from additional companionship and supervision, with your Haven Concierge spending the majority of the day and overnight in your home.
Includes reasonable periods away during the day.

Safe, attentive transportation for veterinary appointments, grooming visits and other pet-related needs. Haven can provide transportation only or manage the entire outing, including pick-up, appointment check-in, supervision when needed and a safe return home.
Pricing is based on time, distance, number of pets and the level of assistance required.

Before you arrive home, your Haven Concierge takes care of the little things that make walking back through the door feel particularly lovely.
Includes:
Up to 90 minutes of concierge time
Grocery pickup and refrigerator stocking from a client-provided shopping list
Mail and packages brought in and organized
Light household reset, things like counters straightened, dishwasher emptied, obvious trash removed
Fresh linens on the primary bed if clean linens are provided
Lights adjusted and home made arrival-ready
A quick pet-area reset if the animals have been under Haven's care
Groceries and other purchases are additional and billed at cost.

From everyday errands and shopping to pickups, reservations, household coordination and the things that simply need handling, Haven gives you an extra set of capable hands when you need them.
$45 includes up to 45 minutes. Additional time is $15 per 15 minutes.

Personalized visits built around your pets, your home and your routines. Care may include meals, walks, medications, companionship, mail and packages, plants, lights and blinds, home checks and other household needs.

Visit length is selected based on your household, pets and care needs.

Up to 12 hours of overnight care in your home, including your pets’ evening and morning routines, companionship and the added peace of mind of having someone there while you’re away.
All reservations are subject to Haven’s Cancellation & Reservation Change Policy.
Holiday & After-Hours Care
After-Hours Premium • +$25
For services beginning before 7:00 AM or after 8:00 PM.
Holiday Premium • +$50
For services scheduled on Haven’s designated holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.
Holiday Overnight Care • $200/night
Holiday Extended Stay Care • $350/day
Holiday rates shown above already include the holiday premium. After-hours premiums do not apply to Overnight or Extended Stay Care.
